Software Product Management

• Research and prioritize marketplace, customer, partner, and prospect needs and wants; analyze competition
• Identify product requirements; define product roadmaps
• Design product enhancements; write detailed product specifications, including use cases and UI mockups
• Create and manage pre-release testing programs
• Develop and execute product roll-out plans
• Communicate product status to senior management, worldwide sales teams, other marketing and engineering groups throughout the organization
• Create and present training to sales teams, support engineers, Beta-test customers

Technical Evangelism

• Conceive, implement, and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations
• Present Webinars, seminars, sessions at industry conferences
• Author white papers, data sheets, marketing collateral, by-lined articles, blogs
• Write, narrate, and produce Flash demo movies for Web and CD
• Train customers, prospects, and team members at both conceptual and “hands-on, how-to” levels
